1. Eligibility: The competition is open to all residents of the UK, aged 18 and over, excluding employees of Strata Stones and their immediate families.
2. Entry Requirements: To enter, participants must submit image(s) of their Strata Stones space either by emailing it to marketing@stratastones.co.uk or by posting it on social media using the hashtag #StrataStonesSpace.
3. Submission Deadline: The competition runs every 3 months throughout the year. Entries for the first quarter must be submitted by the end of June, with the first announcement being made on July 1st. Subsequent deadlines are at the end of September, December, and March.
4. Prize: Every 3 months, one winner will receive a £250 Love-to-Shop voucher.
5. Winner Selection: Winners will be chosen based on the creativity, quality of installation and visual appeal of their Strata Stones space. The decision of Strata Stones is final.
6. Notification: Winners will be notified via the email address or social media account used to submit their entry.
7. Prize Delivery: The £250 voucher will be sent to the winner’s address within 21 days of the announcement by recorded postage.
8. Usage Rights: By entering the competition, participants grant Strata Stones the right to use their submitted images for marketing and promotional purposes.
9. Personal Information: Any personal information provided by entrants will be used under Strata Stones’ privacy policy and will not be shared with third parties without consent.
10. General Conditions: Strata Stones reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice.
